Monique’s treatment and therapeutic focus is rooted in listening to clients needs and customizing the session moment by moment. Monique does this through multiple modalities that include Reiki, structural integration, Swedish massage, deep tissue, Tai Na and trigger point release. Monique believes that the journey to health and feeling better in your Earth body starts best with a massage.
When Monique is not in a treatment session you can find her in the woods hiking among the trees looking for fungi with her family. Enjoying the company of Mother Nature and being humbled by her Sovereignty is where you can find Monique.
